Please submit a Technical Support Ticket on the Help Desk Portal:

  • Start by clicking on the ‘Life Preserver’ icon above or on the one located on your taskbar.
    • Current clients may click on the Life Preserver on your taskbar, choose “Submit a Tech Support Ticket”.
  • On the VRB Network Consulting Help Desk Portal, enter your email address and click on the “Log in” button.
    • For security purposes, you will receive an email containing a Log In link to access the portal – no password is necessary.
  • Simply click on the link in the email, complete the Help Desk Ticket, and click on the “Submit” button. You will be contacted promptly about your issue!
    • For all ‘inquiries’, please choose the “Inquiry” category within the form and include your inquiry information.  You will be contacted to discuss your needs.  Thank you!
